The first level of the High Roller final table is complete and there is yet to be an elimination. Aside from the double up by Paul Volpe, the final table has been devoid of called all-ins and the average stack is below 40 big blinds for the first time all tournament.

Chris Hunichen has regained his foothold on the final table after taking down a pot against Martin Kozlov. With the board reading, 9♠746♠3, Kozlov bet what looked like 185,000 into a pot of about 120,000 and Hunichen called with 5♣5 with a straight, beating the AJ♣ of Kozlov. Hunichen is the chip leader with 1,400,000 and the only player currently above the seven-figure mark.

Christian Christner and David Peters are the two short stacks with under 500,000 each but are plenty adept at dealing with push-fold situations. Below is a look at the updated counts.

  1. Chris Hunichen – 1,400,000
  2. Sam Soverel – 935,000
  3. David Peters – 420,000
  4. Christian Christner – 480,000
  5. Martin Kozlov – 600,000
  6. David Stamm – 680,000
  7. Paul Volpe – 830,000
