The final table of Event 42 had a chance to be down to eight players in the early going but for reasons known only to him, a fold made by Darren Healy ensured only one elimination with two all-ins in front of him.

Matt Yorra shoved for 710,000 in the hijack and Leonardo Giuffrida called all-in for less on the button. In the big blind and with about 4,000,000 chips in front of him, Healy threw J♦J♠ face-up on the felt as he elected to fold his hand and let his two opponents duke it out.

Yorra showed a smaller pair 5♥5♠ and was flipping with the A♥Q♠ of Giuffrida. The 10♣3♠2♣K♠3♦ board was clean for Yorra and he locked up the elimination. Healy was left to wonder what might have been and Yorra is over 1,200,000 and out of “shove mode” for the time being.
