The money bubble is rapidly approaching on Day 2 of Event 56 and as the minimum payday of $3,840 approaches, there are players whose current stacks have them eyeing a much larger prize.

Frederick Arni started Day 2 near the top of the chip counts and remains there in Level 16. Arni is sitting on close to 600,000 and looking to make his second Day 3 of the summer. Arni ran deep in the WSOP Marathon event and his legs should be plenty well stretched for what will be a long haul to this finish line.

Bart Lybaert’s chips are obscured from camera view from his tablemates are keenly aware of the 350,000 he currently has in front of him. Lybaert made waves last summer when he cashed in 11 tournaments across Las Vegas and this event marks his first quality chance to make the first of what is hopefully many deep runs before July wraps up.

A longtime figure in tournaments, Doug Lee’s castles are a familiar sight for his opponents. Lee finished second in the 2015 DSE III $5,000 event and has another second place finish at The Venetian dating back to 2009. Lee can be a handful to deal with and his growing chip stack creates puts that much more stress on the rest of this field.
