Congratulations to Karim Chatur from Canada who finished 2nd in our DeepStack Championship Event #81 $1,600 PLO (8Max) $200K GTD winning $51,709.
Blinds: 80,000 / 160,000
Igor Sharaskin raised to 400,000 from the button before Karim Chatur re-raised to 1,200,000 from the big blind. Sharaskin called.
The flop came 3♠ 9♠ 7♣ and Chatur immediately moved all in for 1,520,000. Sharaskin snap-called.
Sharaskin: 9♦ 7♠ 4♠ 2♦
Chatur: A♣ A♦ T♠ 5♣
The board ran out the 5♠ and 6♣, improving Sharaskin to a flush on the turn, which was enough to take down the pot and eliminate Chatur in second place.
