It wasn’t a very long heads-up match as Joe Kuether from Las Vegas, NV emerged victorious in our DeepStack Showdown Event #6 $1,100 NLH DoubleStack $150K winning an impressive $58,938.

Congratulations to Longsheng Tan from Las Vegas, NV who finished 3rd in our DeepStack Showdown Event #6 $1,100 NLH DoubleStack $150K GTD winning $26,221.

We just had a doozy of a hand. Joe Kuether went all in with his pocket Aces (again) and his 2.58 million chips. Longsheng Tan who was holding pocket Kings called. Kuether didn’t need the extra Ace on the flop. Tan is still in, but quite wounded.

Kuether dealt the final blow to Tan the following hand.

We are now heads up. Stay tuned.

With three players left, the action has slowed a bit as these gentlemen are quite deliberate in their actions. We have also reached the portion of the tournament where there is quite a bit of raise, fold, fold and some showdowns for nominal pots.
