Stuck in the middle of the constant raising war between Matthew Leecy and Clement Richez for most of today was Kyle Steinfelt. Steinfelt stayed out of harm’s way for most of the final table but ran too low on ammo to keep on firing.
Richez opened the button to 60,000 and Leecy three-bet to 165,000 from the small blind. Steinfelt shoved for 335,000 and Leecy called with A♥K♥. Steinfelt’s Q♦9♦ was live but the K♣10♣6♥ flop left him drawing to a jack. The turn and river were both low cards and Leecy took the pot.
