Congratulations to Sevak Papelian from Glendale, CA who finished sixth in our DeepStack Extravaganza (NYE) Event #14 $400 NLH MonsterStack $260K GTD winning $14,656.
Papelian’s 8♠ 9♦ fell short to Eric Worre’s A♠ Q♦ on a 6♦ 5♥ Q♠ A♥ 5♦ board.

Eric Worre called Manig Loeser’s all-in bet. Worre’s A♦ 3♦ didn’t hold up against Loeser’s A♥ 6♦ on a 8♥ 7♦ 9♦ 9♥ 5♥ board and Loeser doubled up his 3.55 million chips.
Going into Level 34, here’s where our final six stand:
Christopher Banks: 4 million
Satish Surapaneni: 2.075 million
Eric Worre: 13.725 million
Manig Loeser: 3.9 million
Sevak Papelian: 2.075 million
Eric Baldwin: 6.6 million
This time Eric Baldwin got the better of Eric Worre when the former went all-in preflop with A♠ K♣ and his 3.12 chipstack. Worre called and flipped pocket Queens. With an Ace on both the turn and the river, Baldwin doubled up.
Sevak Papelian just doubled up his 865K chip stack when he went all-in with A♥ 9♣ and was called by Christopher Banks with his 10♦ 2♠ from the small blind. The board hit 9♥ 5♦ K♣ 5♠ J♣.
In another epic battle between the Erics, Eric Baldwin bet 480K after a Q♦ 5♣ K♥ flop and Eric Worre called. With a 4♦ on the turn, the two gentlemen checked. An A♥ hit on the flop and Baldwin bet 1.86 million. Worre called and showed his Q♣ K♦ and Baldwin folded. Worre is our overwhelming chip leader now.
Congratulations to Dominic Guarnieri from Findlay, OH who finished seventh in our DeepStack Extravaganza (NYE) Event #14 $400 NLH MonsterStack $260K GTD winning $11,306.
Eric Worre’s pocket tens was good enough for Guarnieri’s final 1.38 million chips.

Manig Loeser just doubled up against Satish Surapaneni for a nice 3.2-ish million pot.
On the very next hand, Loeser went all-in again with his 3.56 million and Surapaneni called. Both gentlemen held A, Q offsuit and chopped the pot.
Congratulations to Eidan Azuly from Chandler, AZ who finished eighth in our DeepStack Extravaganza (NYE) Event #14 $400 NLH MonsterStack $265K GTD winning $8,794.
Azuly risked his offsuit J, 8 but Satish Surapaneni called with pocket tens and took the pot.

The Erics dueled yet again. When Eric Worre bet 850K after a 10♣ Q♣ 6♦ flop, Eric Baldwin went all-in, and Worre called all-in with fewer chips. Baldwin showed Q♦ 9♠ and Worre flipped over Q♠ A♥. With both players making a pair of Queens, Worre’s kicker enabled him to double up his 3.375 million.
