The flop fell J♠ 2♠ 3♥. Shimanov checked, Liu bet 50K, and Shimanov called. With a J♦ on the turn, Shimanov checked, Liu bet 100K, and Shimanov called. When a 10♥ fell on the river, both players checked. Liu’s K♦ K♥ 9♠ J♣ bested Shimanov’s A♠ 8♥ K♠ K♣, and she took the pot.

In the next hand Liu won another 100K-ish pot from Shimanov when she aggressively led out and raised pot on the river. She showed her quad queens; and Shimanov mucked.
