DeepStack Extravaganza NYE Event #38 Final Table Wrap Up

Well, another hugely successful DeepStack Extravaganza tournament is in the books. This time it was our DSE NYE Event #38 $400 NLH UltimateStack $150K GTD event that attracted a whopping 747 players, 158 of whom returned for Day 2. Of them, 81 found themselves in the money vying for the top prize of $49,296.

Our final table was definitely a bunch of characters. We had some regular faces and visitors; however, everyone had a big personality which made the final table quite fun.

The chip lead jumped around quite a bit at this final table as the players were quite aggressive. Once someone snagged the lead, it wasn’t too long before he lost it to someone else and, oftentimes regained it.

Toward the end, Adrien Frascaro had put his pedal to the metal and was knocking players out left and right and doing so with an incredible number of snap calls. But his instincts led him to, and across, the finish line. When we were three-handed, our remaining players reached an amicable deal, and everyone walked away with a smile on his face.

Congratulations again to Frenchman Adrien Frascaro who emerged victorious, snagging the top prize of $36,970 and our beautiful and highly coveted trophy.
