Keith Morrow is the short stack but far from out of it with three players left in Event 23.

After an exciting last hour of play, three-handed action has been limited. Rick Alvarado, Brian Altman, and Keith Morrow are content to keep pots small and not take any major risks. For the most part, pots have rarely reached the river and have been limited in showdowns. With only 100 big blinds in play, the action will inevitably pick up at some point, but for now, small pots reign supreme. And given the $18,300 pay jump between third and second, there is plenty to think about with each decision. A look at the updated counts is below.

  1. Rick Alvarado – 3,975,000
  2. Brian Altman – 3,340,000
  3. Keith Morrow – 2,6500,000
