As expected, the next elimination at the Event 32 final table did not take long to transpire after the start of the new level. Andrew Hawkins is the latest to bust and Stefan Meier increases his chip lead as a result.

Hawkins shoved for 255,000 in the hijack and Meier called on the button. Hawkins showed K♦9♣ and needed to win the flip against Meier’s 6♣6♠ to hold on. The A♠J♦7♠5♣2♦ board was no good and Hawkins is out in seventh. Meier is over 1,000,000 with the elimination.
