Peter Eichhardt has been the player in charge for all of the Event 57 final table up to this point but he is now second in chips for the first time after getting picked off by Yi-Chih Hunag, who is now the chip leader as a result.

Huang opened the button to 60,000 and Eichhardt defended his big blind. Eichhardt check-called for 62,000 on the 7♠73 flop. Both players checked the 2 river and Eichhardt checked the A♣ river. Huang bet 82,000 and Eichhardt came over the top with a check-raise to 400,000.

Huang called right away and showed A7 for a full house while all Eichhardt could muster was two jacks. Huang is the new chip leader with 1,570,000 while Eichhardt falls to under 1,000,000 for the first time since the final started. With the blinds set to go up in soon, a look at the counts for the final four is below.

  1. Yi-Chih Huang – 1,570,000
  2. Ivan Driard – 210,000
  3. Peter Eichhardt – 855,000
