The “BadBeatMan” is at it again as Chad Eveslage is now over 700,000 after clearing an opponent from the Event 56 field.

We mentioned the influx of experienced players who are accumulating chips in Event 56 and Chad Eveslage certainly belongs in that club. Eveslage final tabled a WSOP event a few days ago and then came right over to the Venetian to play a Day 1 flight in this $2,000,000 guaranteed event. Eveslage started Day 2 with 133,000 and is now climbing toward 1,000,000 after sending an opponent to the rail in Level 19.

Eveslage opened to 18,000 in the cutoff and his opponent defended out of the big blind. The big blind checked the 10♠6♣2 flop and Eveslage bet 18,000. The big blind check-raised to 41,000 and Eveslage called to the J turn. The big blind 31,000 more and Eveslage called.

The big blind checked the 3 river and Eveslage put him all-in for his final 70,000. A considerable amount of time passed and the clock was called on Eveslage’s opponent. As time wound near zero, the big blind called and Eveslage showed KK. The big blind mucked and the A♣ went exposed as he went to collect his payout slip.

Eveslage is playing 730,000 and working his way back to another five-figure payday.
