Patrick Serda has been climbing up the chip ranks all day and is now at his peak for Day 2 with over 800,000 after taking a down a substantial pot against Taylor Black.

Serda raised under the gun to 18,000 and Black three-bet to 46,000 from one seat over. Action folded back to Serda and he dropped in a call. The flop came out A♥2♣2♦ and Serda checked it over to Black, who bet 38,000. Serda came along to the 8♣ turn and checked again. Black bet 70,000 and Serda took a minute before check-raising to 170,000.
