Ben Ector just won a 1.285 million pot from Kfir Nahum in a hand that began with Ector min-raising from the lojack to 125K. Both Kfir Nahum, from the cutoff, and Jon Turner, from the big blind called. The flop fell 2♣ K♥ 9♣, and all three men checked. With a K♦ on the turn, Turner checked, Ector bet 155K, Nahum called, and Turner folded. A 8♠ fell on the river, and Ector checked. Nahum bet 325K. Ector thought for a moment and called; his pocket sevens besting Nahum’s 10♣ J♣.

In the next hand, Ector scored quad threes against Kao Saevang for another 1.4-ish million pot, making him the chip leader.
