Congratulations to Igor Sharaskin from Russia who took down our DeepStack Championship Event #81 $1,600 PLO (8Max) $200K GTD winning $84,029 and our beautiful and highly coveted trophy.

Sharaskin came into the final table as the chip leader. He extended his lead early when he took out Andrew Donabedian in eighth place.

Once five-handed, Sharakin lost a big pot to Karim Chatur, which almost saw him eliminated.

He clawed back and regained the chip lead with four players left in the field. He then proceeded to eliminate the final three players on his way to his maiden DeepStacks title.
