This week’s term is drawing dead. Quite simply, drawing dead occurs if a player plays a drawing hand that, even if made, cannot beat an opponent’s hand. For example, if you are drawing to a flush but an opponent already has made a full house, even if you make your flush, you can’t win. Not a good thing.
