Yaniv Peretz is even with Oddie Dardon after being down to 12 big blinds earlier in the level.

With barely over 80 big blinds in play, things can change in a hurry and Yaniv Peretz has pulled even with Oddie Dardon in two hands.

Peretz shoved for 7,800,000 and Dardon thought for a minute before calling with K9. The 44 of Peretz was in the lead and the 66♠210♣J♣ board managed to keep his hand in front.

A few hands later, with 6,000,000 in the pot and the board reading 8♣3♣382♠, Peretz bet 4,500,000. Dardon tanked hard over the decision and called to see Peretz show A♣3 for flopped trips. Peretz took the pot and both players are now right around the 20,500,000 mark.

Chris Tryba

Chris Tryba fought a good fight to make it to three-handed play but once there, lost most pots he was in to Oddie Dardon and Yaniv Peretz. Dardon managed to claim the last of Tryba’s chips to bring the tournament down to heads up play.

Dardon raised the button to 1,000,000 and Peretz called in the small blind. Tryba shoved for 4,200,000 total and Dardon went over the top. Peretz folded and Tryba had to catch with A8♠ against the 1010♠ of Dardon.

The 8♠42♠ flop gave Tryba some life but the 10 turn followed by the 5♣ river put him on the rail. Dardon enters heads up play with 28,675,000 to the 13,250,000 of Peretz.

Mitch Schock

Yaniv Peretz has been quiet for most of the Event 99 final table but is now almost to 10,000,000 with his elimination of Mitch Schock.

Peretz opened under the gun to 480,000 and Schock shoved for about 3,500,000 from the big blind. Peretz called right away with KK♠ and the 77 of Schock was in deep trouble. The 862♣65 board wasn’t quite enough for Schock and he is out.

Peretz chips up to 9,890,000, putting him right behind Chris Tyrba for second in chips.
