Harrison Gimbel was all but gone from the Event 51 final table but after doubling up through Anthony Maio, Gimbel was able to double again, this time through Dale Beaudoin.

Gimbel opened to 20,000 in the hijack and Beaudoin called on the button. Gimbel checked the J♥10♦9♥ flop and Beaudoin bet 35,000. Gimbel called and the two players checked the 9♣ turn. Gimbel checked the A♦ river and Beaudoin moved all-in. Gimbel counted out his 151,000 remaining chips and called without much delay with A♠K♥.

Beaudoin’s A♣5♣ was no good and Gimbel took in the sizable pot to himself over 400,000. Beaudoin drops down to about 425,000 and the dangerous Gimbel is starting to climb with eight players remaining.
