Event 67 final tablist Bob Bounahra is one of the players taking their shot at the $1,500,000 guaranteed prize pool in Event 99. 

The approximate number of players required to hit the $1,500,000 guarantee in Event 99 is 1,500 and that target is drawing close on the first break of Day 1B. Exactly 700 players have entered so far with more sure to follow. The registration period is open until 9:00 pm tonight and the field should be able to draw more than 200 additional entrants during that time.

The Venetian Poker Room has stopped all cash games for today to create as much space as possible for the Day 1B field. Alternates are being called as soon as seats are available.
